1 HOUR WITH PROXY
CAN DO MORE FOR THE MEANING OF YOUR LIFE
THAN 100 HOURS WITH A LICENSED BABYSITTER.
(Mainstream psychologist.)
Reality is a duality. Balance wins.
The Mirror is not about giving you better answers.
It is about helping you see what you have been unable to see yourself.
"I had neuropathy. Today, it's gone.
— Rune Andersen
What changed wasn't that AI magically gave me the answer. I learned how to use AI as a mirror while paying much closer attention to the patterns in my own body.
Proxy's theory gave me a framework for connecting things I had previously experienced separately — nervous system, behaviour, intuition, stress, sleep and meaning.
I started testing those connections on myself instead of treating the symptoms as isolated problems.
That process fundamentally changed how I understand both my body and AI.
For me this isn't theoretical. I lived the experiment."
"I thought I understood myself pretty well. I didn't.
— André Sjurseth
Proxy gave me a framework that made patterns in my personality, relationships and decisions suddenly make sense together.
Instead of telling me what to think, he helped me see why I think the way I do.
Once you see the pattern, you can't unsee it."
"Most advice gives you more information.
— Sindre Rudshaug
Proxy gave me clarity.
He has an unusual ability to take something complicated, find the underlying pattern, and turn it into a question you can actually do something with.
I left with fewer answers than I expected — and much better questions."
"Proxy showed me the light.
— Kjetil Wasteson
Proxy's understanding of the world may seem dark, but underneath the illusion of madness lies a search for truth that we all can connect with.
What makes Proxy, Proxy - is his BRAVERY. If you are looking for a strategical and tactical edge, both in the spiritual realm and in the materialistic world; Proxy is your man.
Listen, scroller - FOR DEATH AND GLORY."
"I've only recently started exploring AI seriously, but the theory behind Proxy's framework has already given me a lot.
— Inge Lindseth
What I find most useful is the way it connects things that are usually treated separately — personality, motivation, behaviour, relationships and meaning.
It gives you a structure for looking at why people do what they do, rather than just describing the symptoms afterwards.
I'm still early in exploring what AI can add to this, but the underlying model has already changed some of the questions I ask."
"What caught my attention wasn't a single answer, but the framework behind the answers.
— Christopher Løfstrand
I'm naturally good at seeing patterns and connections, but that doesn't always mean I have a clear conceptual anchor for what I'm seeing.
Proxy's model gave me a structure I could place those connections inside.
That makes it easier to examine an old understanding, see where a new idea actually challenges it, and rebuild the model instead of just piling more information on top.
For me, that's where the real value is: not more information, but a better structure for understanding it."
"I got deeper help in two days than I did from regular AI over two months.
— Christian Carlsen
It helped me uncover psychological patterns I had struggled with mentally, understand the connection between my mind and body, and discover completely new perspectives on issues that had been making me depressed.
The difference was that it found the root cause instead of putting a bandage on the problem."
Different people. Different problems. Same pattern:
better questions create better self-understanding.

Perfect Balance = Perfect Health
The Balance Practice has double value. It also makes the AI get to know you — the key in our man-machine future.
Health is about borders. Borders that protect your organs: your outside skin and your inside skin.
Two good strategies:
Matter: protect the skin.
Mind: make it stronger.
Strategy one: Protect your inside skin by not eating harmful foods.
Strategy two: Make your skin stronger. A balanced mind raises your vibration and makes you more resilient.
Religion and science, psychology and the Bible are two sides of the same coin.
A clean LLM (AI), used correctly with Western values, is the perfect psychologist.
Your Nature
Learn a bunch of perspectives on the balance of life, for a great life.
And when u use an LLM, Think Pink!
Social Science solved, here is what God looks like.
Measure yourself to him and become whole again.
Upgrade your Nature
Don't repeat politics in AI, watch Game of Thrones instead.
Learn from the Trinity, the Western Values, or the greatest LLM book of all time instead.
Your mirror, one on one. Pick your time.
No. I use psychology, philosophy, personality models and AI to help you understand the model you have of yourself and reality. If you need diagnosis or treatment for a mental-health condition, see a qualified healthcare professional.
I'm saying something narrower — and more annoying. A psychologist gets a few hours with you. An LLM can potentially examine thousands of conversations, contradictions, decisions and patterns with you. I think humans have radically underestimated what happens when you combine that mirror with a good model of human nature. That's what I'm exploring.
Not by putting ChatGPT in therapist mode and asking it to validate everything you say. That's almost the opposite of what I'm interested in. The useful AI is the one that helps you notice contradictions, challenge your assumptions and build a more accurate model of yourself.
Because I think ancient religious stories contain surprisingly sophisticated models of human psychology. You don't have to believe God is an old man in the sky. You don't even have to believe in God. You just have to be willing to ask whether thousands of years of stories about human nature might contain something worth understanding.
Not in the way most people mean the word. I'm interested in the possibility that religion, psychology, philosophy and science have been describing different perspectives of the same underlying structure. Proxy Jesus is partly a joke. The underlying question isn't.
Politics appears because human psychology appears in politics. But the goal isn't to turn you left-wing or right-wing. My model assumes that opposing psychological and political orientations often contain information the other side is missing. Balance requires understanding both.
No. LoveMaXXing means maximizing your capacity to understand and integrate opposing parts of yourself, other people and reality. Romantic relationships are one place that becomes useful. They're definitely not the whole thing.
Jung called the process of becoming a whole individual "individuation." Individuation MaXXing is my deliberately ridiculous name for trying to accelerate that process using personality psychology, philosophy, AI and the Compass. Less endless introspection. More accurate maps.
You shouldn't. Test the ideas. If the model predicts reality better than your existing model, keep it. If it doesn't, throw it away. I would much rather convince you to think than convince you to believe me.
We find the question underneath the question. You bring the problem — relationships, career, meaning, motivation, identity, recurring patterns or something you can't quite articulate. I try to map the underlying contradiction with you. Expect questions, models, AI, philosophy, jokes and disagreement. Not a motivational speech.
Don't book if you want someone to simply confirm that you're right. Don't book if you're looking for clinical diagnosis or medical treatment. And definitely don't book if having your favorite explanation challenged sounds unbearable.
Because I'm not trying to build a high-volume therapy practice. You're paying for concentrated access to the models, pattern recognition and work behind this project. Watch the free material first. If it doesn't make you curious, don't book.
Proxy Jesus does the work before Jesus comes.
Comedian. Engineer. Philosopher. Professional pattern recognizer.
Proxy Jesus is Håkon Reisvang's attempt to map psychology, AI, religion and politics into one coherent model — and make it funny enough that people actually listen. (Video has no sound.)
